  • To provide comprehensive messaging campaign reports and analytics to you: We transmit and store data like numbers, message context (like text and media reference), and metadata related to your messaging campaigns on our secure servers. This server-side storage is essential to generate and display detailed message delivery reports, historical performance analytics, and campaign logs.
  • Explicit Consent for Server Storage: By using the Service to send messages and generate reports, you acknowledge and explicitly consent to the transmission and storage of this campaign-related data on our servers solely for the purpose of providing you with your detailed reporting and analytics. We provide mechanisms for you to access and manage your campaign history through your account.

4. Retention of Data

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, or as required by law (like for tax or accounting). We won't keep your personal information for more than twelve (12) months after your account is closed.

Once we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we'll either delete it or make it anonymous. If deletion isn't possible (for instance, if your data is in backup archives), we'll securely store it and keep it separate from any new processing until it can be deleted.
