This page explains how cancelling works for each kind of plan. Whether you get money back is covered in our Refund Policy.
WhatsApp API plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, click Cancel subscription on your billing page and our team will cancel it for you on WhatsApp. You can also write to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Extension plans are paid once for 1, 12 or 24 months. They are not subscriptions and never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan ends on its expiry date and you are not charged again. If you want to stop a 12-month or 24-month plan early, write to us and we will work out what is refundable under the Refund Policy.
The free trial does not require a card, and nothing is charged during it or when it ends, so there is nothing to cancel.
