How is this different from the SheetWA extension?
The extension sends from WhatsApp Web in your browser using your own account. A WhatsApp API plan connects an official WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Cloud API, so you get approved message templates, scheduling with time zones, delivered and read reporting, and automatic STOP and START opt-out handling.
Does the plan price include Meta's charges?
No. Your plan covers the SheetWA software. Meta charges separately for the conversations you have on WhatsApp, and it bills those directly to your own Meta account. The two bills are independent of each other.
What happens if I go over my monthly conversations?
Nothing stops working. The monthly figure on each plan is a guide to help you pick the right one, and we do not block your sends if you go past it. If you are regularly well above it, get in touch and we will move you to a plan that fits better.
Can I keep using my current WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. You can connect a number in coexistence mode, where it keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app and your chat history syncs across, or migrate it fully to the Cloud API for higher throughput. You choose during setup.
When am I charged, and can I cancel?
You are charged once a month on the day you subscribe, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every month a numbered invoice appears on your billing page with a PDF you can download. Indian customers see the GST split on it, and if you enter a GSTIN at checkout it is printed on every invoice.
How do I pay?
Payments run through Razorpay. Indian customers pay in rupees by card or UPI, and everyone else pays in US dollars by card. Because this is a monthly subscription, your bank sets up an automatic mandate the first time you pay.
Can I change my plan later?
Contact support and we will sort it out for you. Switching plans is not yet something you can do yourself from the billing page.
