10:24A bank transaction message names the bank, the masked account number, the amount, the type of transaction, the date and time, and a helpline. It never carries a full account number or asks the customer to share an OTP. The deposit received and payment received pages show the format for credits, debits and confirmations.
Put one customer per row in a Google Sheet, with a column named after every placeholder in the template. Paste the template into SheetWA, match the columns, and send. Each customer gets their own amount, date and account digits. For very high volumes or system-triggered sends, use the SheetWA WhatsApp API with approved templates.
They follow the practices regulators expect: masked account numbers, no requests for OTPs, PINs, PAN or Aadhaar, a clear sender identity, a helpline, and an opt-out line on promotional messages. Your compliance team should still review wording against your own policies.
Yes. The SheetWA Chrome extension sends from the WhatsApp Web session you already use, one personalised message per row of your sheet. Nothing changes for your customers except that the message arrives on WhatsApp instead of SMS.
