It is a message that invites an existing customer to share a brand with friends on WhatsApp and earn a reward for each friend who joins or buys. It usually carries a personal code or link, the reward amount, the friend's offer and an opt-out line.
In WhatsApp, open the group as an admin, tap the group name, choose Invite via link, and copy it. Share that link only with customers who asked to join, and pin a message in the group that explains the rewards. Members can leave anytime, and you should never add numbers to the group without consent.
Say what the customer earns, what the friend gets, and how to share, in that order. Give the code or link, any minimum order and the end date. Then add a ready message they can copy and send. End with an opt-out line such as Reply STOP to opt out.
Work back from what a new customer is worth to you. If a first order earns you Rs. 1,000 in margin, a Rs. 200 reward to each side is easy to afford. Two-sided rewards, where the friend also gets something, usually work better than rewarding only the referrer.
